We’re looking for an ITU Staff Nurse to join our 28-bedded ITU Unit at London Bridge Hospital, currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC. Our 24-hour Critical Care Unit provides dedicated, continuous, specialised care to critically ill patients with a variety of medical or surgical conditions. The Critical Care Unit is staffed by a dynamic and motivated multidisciplinary team of Consultant Intensivists, Critical Care Resident Medical Officers, and Critical Care Nurses.
As a Staff Nurse in the Critical Care unit, you will be required to provide a high level of care for patients by assessing, planning, delivering, and continuously evaluating care. You will ensure all their needs are met by effectively communicating with your patients, their families, and your wider team.
You will be responsible and accountable for your own practice and for ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service at all times. What you’ll bring:
* Registered General Nurse with NMC pin
* Experience in General ITU or Cardiac ITU
* Excellent communication skills with good time management and prioritisation skills
