What You’ll Do
In our hands-on Repair Technician role, you’ll be tasked with diagnosing and repairing Hilti tools and machinery, ensuring our customers receive top-tier service and support. Whether youre experienced in tool maintenance or eager to grow your technical skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a globally respected brand in a collaborative, inclusive environment.
When you first receive an item for repair, youll use our hand scanners to explore, diagnose, pick spare parts and complete the repair of the product. Youll conduct final functional and safety testing after every repair to ensure customer safety, ensuring you follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organised workspace to ensure safety and efficiencies.
Youll maintain superior technical knowledge and skills through continuous professional development by studying and reviewing on-line repair manuals and technical files, and over time will develop extensive product knowledge to identify and share insights on repair trend.
What You’ll Bring
* A true interest in becoming an outstanding technician, previous experience in a similar role / production environment would be ideal
* Experience or knowledge within an electrical/mechanical discipline
* Great attention to detail and the understanding of a safe workplace
* Positive attitude towards team work and continuous improvement
* Knowledge or experience using softwares and systems for repair administrative task
* Interest in future development and a desire to progress
