One of Londons leading independent residential property agencies, with over 30 years experience at the luxury end of the residential market, is looking for an experienced and accomplished PA / Lettings Administrator / Tenancy Manager to fully support its small but well-established luxury Lettings department.

NW London
Up to £40,000
This is a fully office-based role, and flexible hours are available.
Reporting to the Lettings Director, you will be responsible for Lettings Admin support, renewals and tenancy co-ordination, whilst also providing PA support to the Lettings Director.
The ideal candidate must have 3+ years in a similar role and will be ARLA qualified. Reapit experience is also advantageous!
You must have a good understanding of the entire lettings process from creating property details to tenancy agreements/renewals and some accounts.
