As Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll lead on end-to-end recruitment across all live roles, from junior hires through to senior strategic appointments. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on ownership, relationship-building, and building talent pipelines in a fast-moving, people-centric business.
You will also proactively build and manage a strong bench of future-fit candidates, ensuring that we’re always ready to hire when the need arises. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, the Head of HR, and senior leaders to understand team needs and ensure we attract, engage, and secure top-tier talent.
Your focus will be to own the end-to-end recruitment process: job briefings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
Additionally:
* Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline of candidates across all key disciplines.
* Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other innovative channels to find the best talent.
* Partner with hiring managers to write compelling job descriptions and define hiring strategies.
* Ensure an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint.
* Track and report on hiring metrics, pipeline progress, and recruitment activity.
* Maintain our ATS and ensure accurate, compliant data management.
* Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company to the external market with professionalism and energy.
* Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate engagement practices.
* Stay up-to-date on hiring trends within the Design & Build / office fit-out sector.
You will bring to the table
* Proven in-house or agency experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter, ideally in the design, construction, or office fit-out space.
* A strong, stable CV demonstrating long-term commitment in previous roles.
* Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing tools from day one.
* Passionate about recruitment and candidate care.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and quality-driven environment.
* Comfortable with metrics and using data to inform recruitment strategy.
