Job Description
What You'll Do
* Launch and support new care packages in the community
* Deliver high-quality personal care, medication support, and companionship
* Support independence, safety, and wellbeing in clients’ homes
Qualifications
What You’ll Need
* ️ Previous experience in domiciliary or residential care
* ️ Full UK driving licence + access to a car
* ️ Ability to work both weeks of a 2-week rolling rota:
o Week 1: Tues–Thurs (36 hrs)
o Week 2: Sun, Mon, Fri & Sat (48 hrs)
o Typical shifts: Varied start and finish times e.g. 7am to 8pm, 8am to 9pm etc.
