As a contracted Telemarketer with Hayward Miller, you'll work across multiple industries, developing a sales skillset that's in demand across sectors. You'll be part of a professional outsourced sales and marketing team, delivering results for national and international clients.

The Role
This is not a customer service or order-taking role – it's a B2B sales position where you'll manage the full telemarketing and sales process from cold outreach through to follow-ups, prospect meetings, and progressing opportunities into sales.
You'll represent Hayward Miller and its clients in a white-labelled capacity, carrying out structured sales activities that generate qualified enquiries and measurable revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Making high volumes of outbound B2B calls (target of 80+ per day, with focus on quality conversations)
* Sending follow-up emails and progressing leads through the sales pipeline
* Attending prospect meetings (online and occasionally in person) to represent clients professionally
* Supporting the "cold-to-sold" process: from first contact to confirmed order
* Recording all activity on provided databases and file sharing systems
* Joining daily huddles (online) and providing stats/updates
* Writing monthly activity and progress reports (templates provided)
* Attending onboarding sessions and occasional training at HML's office in Thetford
* Occasional travel to client sites for training or meetings
What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' proven telemarketing experience with consistent outbound sales calling
* Strong skills across the B2B sales cycle: prospecting, follow-ups, meetings, and sales conversion
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to quickly learn and represent different industries and client solutions
* Reliable, self-motivated and able to manage workload independently
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident using databases/CRM systems
* Professional home office setup with reliable internet and equipment
* UK driving licence and willingness to travel for training or client meetings

Contract Terms
* £150 per worked day (self-employed)
* Invoiced monthly, paid within 15 days
* Minimum 4 days per week (project-dependent, agreed in advance)
* Home-based, with occasional office attendance in Thetford and occasional client travel
* 1 month's notice period
* Use of HML-provided VOIP license and systems for calls, reporting, and file sharing
