What you'll be doing Managing a busy caseload of Grade A personal injury matters Handling complex and high-value claimant files from instruction through to settlement Providing expert advice on liability, quantum, and litigation strategy Liaising with medical experts, counsel, and other key stakeholders Delivering high levels of client care and maintaining strong client relationships Supporting the wider team and contributing to the firm's continued growth What they're looking for Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with solid Personal Injury experience Proven experience managing a Grade A caseload Strong technical knowledge across complex PI matters Excellent communication and client care skills Ambition and desire to progress towards Partnership Ability to work both independently and as part of a team What's on Offer Competitive salary (£50,000 - £65,000) Attractive bonus scheme Hybrid working (1-2 days from home) 25 days holiday bank holidays Westfield Health cover Contributory pension scheme Genuine opportunity for progression to Partnership Established caseload ready to inherit Interested?
