Brightside Preschool are an Early Years setting who are looking to do things a bit differently we want to make childcare more affordable and accessible to families in our local community! We need pationate practitioners who are able to step in when we need an extra pair of hands. This may be to cover staff sickness, free up staff for training, or bridge a gap in staffing whilst we recruit more staff. We can offer: Term time working. Flexible working hours. Fully funded continued professional development (CPD) and training courses: All staff are trained in Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene and Safeguarding as a minimum. Staff have access to a range of online training courses via the Early Years Alliance and the Early Years Academy. Apprenticeships are also available at level 2, level 3 and level 5.
