Role
We are on the lookout for a Control System Engineer to join our friendly team at Jordans Dorset Ryvita. The role involves improving, maintaining and rectifying electrical control systems within a manufacturing site.
Key Accountabilities
* Carry out root cause analysis of breakdowns and implement improvements to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
* Design and implement modifications to existing electrical systems.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
The Right Person

* Minimum Level 3 Equivalent Apprenticeship in an electrical discipline.
* Extensive experience in electrical troubleshooting and repair.
* Expertise in electrical systems, components, and equipment, including knowledge of relevant codes and regulations.
* Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* A good understanding of PLC, HMI and servo systems, preferably Allen Bradley.
* Experience with AUTOCAD or a similar design software package.
