About the role
Whether enjoying leisure pursuits in the great outdoors, or making the most of our indoor leisure facilities, there’s plenty to choose from. We currently boast a leisure pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and well-equipped gym, as well as our Bike Zone and activities both indoor and out.
Duties include complete cleaning and maintenance of the leisure club. This includes but is not limited to; replenishing towels, removing used linens, cleaning floor areas, monitoring stock levels across the department and ensuring cleanliness duties are completed to a high standard at all times.
In keeping with our dedication to the health and safety of our guests, you will have emergency pool responder responsibilities and conduct pool testing on a daily basis.
You will be assisting our guests with any requirements during their stay as well as helping with inductions for new members, providing a warm and friendly customer experience at all times. You will be responsible for the set up and coaching of our activities and will be able to bring a fun, positive approach to these.
This position is offered on a flexible contract with shofts available dependent on business requirements and individual availability.
What we need from you
Ideally, you’ll have some experience in a customer service environment. You’ll take a pride in what you do and have high personal standards of cleanliness.
Applicants should be strong swimmers and if you have obtained your Pool Responder Qualification, we would be very excited to hear from you.
