Management Accountant Poole Up to £50,000 + Excellent Benefits Office-Based
We're working with a well-established and growing organisation in Poole to recruit a Management Accountant to join their expanding finance team.

The Role
As Management Accountant, you'll be a key member of the finance team, responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting month-end processes, and providing insight to support business decision-making.
This is a hands‑on role with broad exposure across the finance function, working closely with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the wider finance team to ensure delivery of team objectives and deadlines
* Maintain accurate and timely financial transactions within the accounting system
* Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Prepare monthly management accounts across multiple entities, including:
* Ledger close processes
* Posting journals, accruals, and prepayments
* Maintaining fixed asset registers
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Supporting schedules and reporting
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
* Support year‑end audit and statutory reporting requirements
* Ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial and regulatory reporting
About You
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
* Strong experience in management accounting and month‑end processes
* Confident with financial controls, reconciliations, and reporting
* Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP)
* Able to communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance stakeholders
* Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
