The Role
You'll be working in a first-opinion setting with a clear, fair rota and realistic expectations. Days are structured, cover is shared properly, and downtime is protected — especially after weekends.

Hours & Rota Breakdown (Clear and Transparent)
* Start time:
8:30am standard
8:00am on operating days
* Finish time:
Between 5:30pm – 6:30pm, depending on rota
* On-call:
No overnight on-call
Once per week on-call until 9:00pm
Later start of 1:00pm on those days
* Working week:
4 days per week
One full day off each week (if not on a weekend rota)
Weekend Rota
* 1 full weekend in 5, shared across the team
* Consults on Saturday & Sunday mornings
* On-call until 5:00pm on duty weekends
* Monday and Friday off the following week after a duty weekend
(Yes — proper recovery time is built in)
