Responsibilities Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher. Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively. Support students with their learning, encouraging engagement and participation. Ensure that work is completed to a high standard and handed back to teachers for feedback. Uphold the school’s values and safeguarding expectations at all times. Requirements Experience working with young people (school, youth work, tutoring, coaching, etc.). Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage classroom behaviour in a calm and positive manner. A genuine interest in supporting students’ learning and development.
