Typical day as a Scheduler
- Coordinating and scheduling repairs and maintenance works, ensuring trade operatives know their daily tasks, locations, and have necessary materials.
- Maintaining accurate, real-time system information on customer home repairs and highlighting resource shortages for appropriate action.
- Making appointments with customers and scheduling emergency works.

You bring
- Experience in a fast-paced Repairs and Maintenance team using workforce planning systems.
- Strong knowledge of repairs and maintenance activities across trades, with experience in scheduling various work programmes.
- Attention to detail, excellent organization and planning skills, ability to meet deadlines, and multitask.
- Excellent customer service skills to handle changing priorities.

Job details
- Hours: 37.5 per week, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
- Hybrid role: work from home and our Welwyn Garden City office 2 days per week.
- Proficiency with technology, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office.
