Position Overview: We are recruiting a Global Talent Acquisition Manager to be a key part of our Global People Function and sit on the People Leadership Team. You will lead all talent acquisition initiatives, serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and hiring managers, and manage a global team of Talent Acquisition Partners and Resourcers. Your role involves optimizing recruiting processes, driving employer branding, and using data-driven insights to oversee daily operations.
Role Responsibilities:
* Lead the global Talent Acquisition function, partnering with leaders and hiring managers.
* Set strategic direction and evolve the function into a best-in-class operation.
* Understand future skills needs and build candidate pipelines.
* Streamline and improve recruitment processes.
* Manage and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
* Develop performance metrics for performance, benchmarking, and reporting.
* Assess labour market conditions and create effective recruiting strategies.
* Collaborate on strategic initiatives including interview training, employer branding, pay scales, and retention.
* Share market intelligence and industry trends.
* Evaluate external trends and promote innovative recruiting strategies.
* Prioritize candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Contribute to Employer Brand initiatives.
* Develop recruitment analytics to inform decision-making.
Skills Needed:
* Experience managing a Talent Acquisition team in a global, expanding organization.
* Proven success in evolving talent acquisition strategies in scaling organizations.
* Experience hiring technical talent in competitive markets.
* Strong business partnering, networking, and relationship-building skills.
* Results-oriented with process improvement focus.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex data.
* Experience working with C-level executives and in fast-paced international environments.
* Industry experience in technology services or similar fields.
