Due to continuing expansion our client, a national IT company is actively seeking an experienced, dedicated, and ambitious IT Helpdesk Support/Customer Service to complement their growing team.
Reporting to the Team Leader, duties to include:
Answering incoming calls and online chats
Managing assigned tickets in a timely manner, ensuring customers are kept up to date
Evaluate customers needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
Continuously contributing towards our service guides and knowledge
Attend meeting and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
Meeting objectives and KPIs
As a successful Candidate you will possess excellent customer service skills, a background in IT would be beneficial but not essential together with excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address client complaints.
