We are seeking a Design and Technology Teacher to join a progressive and high-performing school located in Swindon, Wiltshire. This full-time, permanent post is available from September 2025 and offers an exciting opportunity to work within a department that is exceptionally well resourced, innovative, and central to the school’s creative and STEM-focused curriculum.
The successful Design and Technology Teacher will be teaching across KS3 to KS4, with potential for KS5 depending on experience. The department delivers a varied curriculum including Product Design, Textiles, Engineering, Graphics, and Food Technology, and benefits from specialist facilities including a fully equipped workshop, CAD/CAM suite, and 3D printing and laser cutting capabilities.

Experience and Qualifications
• DT specialism with a relevant degree and QTS (or PGCE/PGDE equivalent)
• Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching Product Design or Engineering preferred

• Commitment to fostering creativity, technical excellence, and pupil achievement
• The right to work in the UK
