Overview
We are looking to appoint a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant(s) role in our Year 2 Class. You will support a child's social-emotional, communication and cross-curricular learning development, under the guidance and direction of the class teacher and SENCO.
Contract and Schedule
This temporary contract will be linked to High Needs Funding for a named child. Ideally we would like to appoint two people to work part time; one contract would be for 18.75 hours per week (mornings) and the other for 15 hours per week (afternoons). However, we would consider appointing a person to work 5 days per week. The position is term time only and will be at KSB.
Qualifications
You will need to have Mathematics and English qualifications at a minimum of GCSE level or equivalent.
Team and Environment
You will play an instrumental and proactive role working alongside the established friendly team. A passion for the outdoors would be desirable as we have excellent facilities in the school grounds and surrounding area and we are a Forest School.
