Interim Finance Manager

Hamilton Woods are currently supporting a well-established organisation in the appointment of an Interim Finance Manager to join their finance team on an immediate basis.
This is a key role within a fast-paced, commercially focused environment, requiring a hands-on individual who can provide stability, insight and leadership during a transitional period.
The Role
You will take ownership of the FP&A and commercial finance function, working closely with senior stakeholders across finance, commercial and operational teams.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing cash flow and short to medium-term cash forecasting
2. Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles, including regular reforecasts
3. Partnering with commercial and operational teams around valuations and WIP
4. Providing robust analysis and challenge to financial and operational data
