Job Description
The main responsibilities of the job are -
3. Lead the Global Wholesale Voice and Domestic SMS aggregation business to achieve revenue targets.
4. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to enhance market position in the telecoms sector.
5. Manage relationships with international voice partners and SMS aggregators.
6. Manage carrier partnerships, routing operations and profitability
7. Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through strategic partnerships.
8. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to align business strategies.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
10. Manage multi portfolio sale including wholesale voice, ITFS and SMS aggregator
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have -
11. Atleast 15+ years of experience in managing the global wholesale voice portfolio
12. Experience of managing large voice P&L and manage Gross and Net Revenue targets
13. Understanding of global telecom ecosystem and well versed with the regulatory framework in the telecom space
14. Experience in managing teams
15. Good understanding in the domain of scaling the global wholesale voice portfolio, developing carrier partnerships and product innovation
