Role Overview
Are you ready to take the next step in your estate management career? This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and client-focused professional to join our dynamic Cirencester Rural Estate Management Team.
You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, fee-earning services to a diverse and well-established client base, including charities, corporate and institutional bodies, and private clients. With significant client-facing responsibility, you will be asked to deliver strategic solutions that meet and exceed client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing let and in-hand property across multiple sectors;
2. Identifying and implementing opportunities to diversify and enhance asset value;
3. Overseeing compliance, maintenance, and refurbishment projects;
4. Lettings and negotiating lease renewals and rent reviews.
This role is full-time and, primarily, office-based.
