Location: Work from either Castleford or Stockton offices, covering North East & Yorkshire bids.
Your Mission:
1. Lead and manage strategically important project bids.
2. Take ownership and ensure top-notch performance from specific Bid Teams.
3. Craft and execute winning bid strategies.
4. Identify and mitigate risks while exploring alternative proposals.
5. Contribute to planning, programming, and construction methodologies.
Your Qualifications:
6. HNC/D or degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering.
7. Professional accreditation (preferred).
8. Experience in managing bid teams for contractors or consultancies.
9. Proven track record in high-value, technically complex bids.
10. In-depth understanding of construction procurement processes.
11. Strong grasp of construction techniques and methodologies.
12. Ability to create compelling technical and quality narratives.
