The Role As a Patient Services Therapy Co-ordinator, you will play a key role within a busy customer service team, supporting patients and internal stakeholders with a range of enquiries and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Managing inbound and outbound customer enquiries via telephone, email, and live chat Providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently Processing and updating information across internal systems Completing administrative duties including data entry, document management, and record keeping Working towards individual and team performance targets and service levels Ensuring all work is completed in line with company processes, compliance standards, and quality requirements This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role requiring strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Shift Patterns Available Full-Time Positions: Various shift patterns between the hours on 8am to 8pm, and occasional Saturdays Part time Positions available, please contact us for more information Candidate Requirements We are looking for motivated individuals who are keen to build a career in customer service or administration.
