Who We Are
Here at PeoplePlus, we are committed to transforming the lives of people with convictions through our work in prisons.
Our services are designed to address the underlying causes of offending behaviour, enabling people to make positive changes.
With over 500 staff supporting individuals with convictions in custody and the community, we bring passion, experience, and innovation to public sector rehabilitation services.
We collaborate with partner organisations to help people move away from their past and look forward to a brighter future.
All our services are developed in partnership with the people we aim to help. Beyond our direct work with those serving sentences, we strive to change attitudes towards individuals with criminal convictions. Our Social Recruitment Framework promotes fair hiring practices for those previously involved in crime.
We also partner with employers through the Ban the Box initiative to support fair and equal recruitment processes, and have engaged industry to influence our employer-led curriculum for learners.
