As Sales Manager, you are responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in the United Kingdom. You will represent the company's innovative mechanical solutions, working with clients in infrastructure and heavy construction. The role includes a strong focus on new business development and involves frequent travel across the region to build and maintain customer relationships. You will handle both long and short sales cycles and tailor technical solutions to meet customer needs.

Job Discription Sales Manager UK - Offshore

This is what you will be doing:

1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for new business in the civil market;

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with (potential) customers;

3. Travel frequently to visit client sites and attend industry events;

4. Identify customer needs and translate these into tailored IQIP solutions;

5. Work closely with engineering and project teams to provide technical and commercial support;

6. Lead negotiations and close contracts for complex mechanical equipment;

7. Manage sales pipelines and report market developments internally.

Requirements

Criteria Sales Manager UK - Offshore

What you bring:

8. A bachelor’s degree in a technical or commercial discipline;

9. Proven track record in sales of technical and/or mechanical products;

10. Experience with both long-cycle and short-cycle sales processes;

11. Strong communication and negotiation skills;

12. Ability and willingness to travel frequently within the region;

13. Affinity with civil construction, infrastructure, or heavy equipment markets;

14. Self-starter with a commercial mindset and strong customer focus.
