Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities
* Procuring and managing supply chain partners.
* Measuring, recording, and valuing work in line with project requirements.
* Preparing and reviewing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and schedules of rates.
* Supporting monthly cost reconciliations and value reporting.
* Working closely with project teams to ensure financial and contractual control.
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors.
Qualifications
* Background in civil engineering or related field, with proven experience in commercial management on civil engineering projects.
* A degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc/MSc) or equivalent experience.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
* Drive and ambition focused on delivering results and excellence.
* Working towards or holding professional membership (RICS, ICES, or CIOB) is an advantage.
