Senior Coordinator – Early Careers & Campus

What if your skills mattered more than your job title? At AMS, we're building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. We're looking for a Senior Coordinator – Early Careers & Campus who enjoys learning and values teamwork.

The Senior Coordinator for campus recruitment manages the entire recruitment process, from creating job requisitions to assessing and selecting candidates, creating offer letters and contracts, and overseeing the onboarding process.

The role also includes delegating tasks, monitoring task completion, and acting as a point of contact for business unit recruiters. Additionally, the Coordinator performs 4‑eye checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with recruitment policies.

Reports to: Team Lead – EC&C or Lead Coordinator – EC&C


Key Accountabilities

* Managing account‑specific activities for the following scope of services: requisition creation and management, events management, application screening, online test administration, video interview assessment, interview scheduling, query management, offer management, onboarding, invoicing and PO raising, updating applicant tracking system, referral tracking, and reporting.
* Updating the Operations Manual and work instructions.
* Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
* Ensuring stakeholders and colleagues are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes, including changes providing first‑line support for managing and resolving escalations.
* Reviewing processes to identify areas of improvement.
* Overseeing work allocation and reviewing accuracy of output for Coordinators.


Skills & Requirements


Must have:

* Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment administration (requisitions, interviews, offers, onboarding, ATS updates).
* Strong stakeholder coordination with recruiters, hiring managers, and vendors.
* Ability to oversee coordinators' workloads, ensuring quality, accuracy, and process adherence.
* Experience handling queries, escalations, and process updates.
* High attention to detail, quality, and service excellence.
* Confident user of MS Office and recruitment/admin systems.


Nice to have:

* Experience with events, assessments, video interviews, or online testing.
* Exposure to RPO or shared‑service environments.
* Involvement in process improvement initiatives.
* Experience with invoicing, PO raising, or referral tracking.
