We are currently looking for a supply Cover Supervisor in the Rotherham, S61 and S62 area who is looking for an opportunity to enhance their career further by supporting a range of Secondary schools in the Rotherham area.
As a Cover Supervisor (supply), your responsibilities are:
1. Supervising and managing the classroom in the absence of the classroom teacher.
2. Ensuring all students are on task and completing the prepared activities.
3. Supporting students who may require additional support.
4. Building quick rapport with students and staff
5. Supporting secondary schools in the Rotherham area.
6. There is NO active teaching, marking or planning required.
To be successful in the Cover Supervisor (supply) role, you must:
7. Hold eligibility to work (ETW) in the UK.
8. Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to process one through Randstad).
9. Previous experience covering a Key Stage 3 or 4 class room
10. Strong behaviour management
11. Strong classroom management skills
