Warehouse Supervisor £30,000 to £34,000 plus benefits The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the daily operational management of the Warehouse. Leading a small team in a fast-moving warehouse, the position ensures an efficient, safe, and accurate execution of all Logistics processes for handling, storing, and shipping our clients’ products. Main Duties and Responsibilities for the Warehouse Supervisor: * Coordinating and monitoring the daily warehouse and shipping activities, ensuring correct execution of receiving, storage, picking, and shipping goods. * Being actively present in the workplace (management by walking around). * Analysing stock discrepancies, damages and loading errors. * Coordinate with Transport teams, Office Team, and Customer Services to resolve issues. * Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Quality and Operating regulations.
