The salary for this position is £12.30 per hour, with a contract of 12 hours per week plus regular overtime. The working pattern includes varied shifts, including Monday evenings, Friday mornings, and Saturday afternoons.
Job Description
* Customer Service: Provide friendly and thoughtful service to customers, responding to their queries and championing Co-op products and Membership.
* Teamwork: Work together with colleagues to solve problems and deliver a great shopping experience.
* Store Safety: Ensure the store is safe and legal, keeping shelves stocked and prices, dates, and temperatures accurate.
* Product Introduction: Help introduce new products and services, making changes feel natural and sharing experiences with colleagues.
* Community Support: Get involved in local community activities and events.
