New Dental Area Manager - West London Woole & Scarra are looking for a highly motivated and experienced (Dental Area Manager) for West London managing 3 busy successful NHS/Mixed dental practices. Dental Area Manager Permanent £45,000 - £50,000 plus benefits To oversee the operations of multiple NHS and private dental practices within the designated geographical area of (West London). As an integral part of our dental management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and profitability of the practices while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Your exceptional leadership skills, business acumen, and passion for dentistry will play a crucial role in driving success across the dental practices under your supervision. Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations, including appointment scheduling, patient flow, and clinical operations. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and protocols. - Monitor and analyse practice performance metrics, implementing improvements as necessary. - Collaborate with practice managers to optimise efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction. - Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and monitor financial performance. - Implement strategies to drive revenue growth and cost-effectiveness. - Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities for increased profitability. - Provide guidance and support to practice managers regarding financial targets and objectives. - Recruit, train, and mentor practice managers and other staff members. - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. - Address staffing issues and ensure appropriate staffing levels in each practice. - Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices. - Implement quality assurance programs and monitor compliance with clinical protocols. - Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and changes in regulations. - Implement and maintain effective infection control measures. Requirements: - Proven experience in (Dental Practice Management), preferably in both NHS and private settings. - Strong understanding of dental practice operations, clinical protocols, and regulatory compliance. - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. - Exceptional financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial analysis. - Knowledge of NHS dental contracts and regulations. - Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
