When you work in this school your responsibilities will include :
7. To represent the school in a professional and welcoming manner
8. Answering general telephone and face to face enquiries and signing in visitors
9. The post holder would be expected to liaise with staff at all levels as well as parents, students, and external agencies
10. Responsible for looking after the reception area making sure procedures and practices of the school are followed
11. To be responsible for the order and appearance of Reception
12. To ensure confidentiality of information, including information about current, past, and prospective students and staff in line with GDPR and the School policies
These are some of the requirements that we need from you:
13. Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
14. 2 recent professional references
15. Be committed and enthusiastic, as well as flexible, punctual, and reliable
16. Previous experience working with School database software (SIMS) is desirable
17. Good verbal and written communication skills
18. Ability to set and work to agreed targets and work schedules
19. Excellent attention to detail
