Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority based in Manchester for an experienced Adult Social Care Solicitor to join their legal team on a locum basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and progressive local authority, offering a fully remote working arrangement. Location: Manchester (Fully remote) Contract: 3 months (with potential to extend) Rate: £50 – £65 per hour (Umbrella, DOE) PAYE (Inc.Hol): £44.50 - £57.68 (DOE) Key Responsibilities as an Adult Social Care Solicitor: Managing a caseload of adult social care matters, including Court of Protection work Providing legal advice on education law and Special Educational Needs (SEN) matters where required Advising councillors, senior officers, and stakeholders on complex legal issues About you as an Adult Social Care Solicitor: Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive in England & Wales with experience in Adult Social Care Law.
