We are seeking an experienced Head of eCommerce to lead and evolve our clients global digital business within a premium beauty environment.
This pivotal leadership role will shape the commercial and customer strategy across all digital touchpoints, driving sustained and profitable growth. You will take full ownership of the eCommerce ecosystem, spanning direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels across the UK and US. As Head of eCommerce, you will balance commercial performance with a strong understanding of brand equity and elevated customer expectations.
The role requires a hands-on leader who can define strategy while remaining closely connected to day-to-day trading and execution. You will oversee digital trading, optimise customer experience, and ensure seamless integration across platforms including Shopify and key marketplaces.
Leading performance marketing, CRM, and marketplace development, you will drive efficiency, scalability, and long-term customer value. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment, premium execution, and a cohesive digital presence across all channels.
