As a Sous Chef at the Golden Heart, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people, and leaving a smile on our guests' faces. You'll run a section, ensuring your team works together seamlessly, and you will step up to lead the team in the absence of the Head Chef.
Responsibilities include:
1. Be driven to achieve targets with your team.
2. Train and inspire your team to deliver food they can be proud of.
3. Support the Head Chef with food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
4. Work confidently with a branded menu.
5. Manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team effectively.
6. Ensure your team complies with health and hygiene regulations.
