Required experience
* Conduct risk / Consumer Duty experience within retail financial services.
* Proven expertise in retail conduct risk or large-scale remediation projects within complex organizations.
* Understanding of UK regulatory requirements, especially Consumer Duty, and the practical implications.
* Experience enhancing customer journey/experience in regulated environments.
* Strong project management, reporting and analytical skills - able to work independently and drive delivery
Responsibilities
1. Lead the delivery of projects around Consumer Duty, Governance, Culture and Controls, regulatory applications and authorisations, and non-financial risk transformation.
2. Manage end-to-end client workstreams, ensuring results are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
