An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Promoting Safe Services (PSS) Team for a Clinical In-Reach and Training Manager.
As part of the Promoting Safe Services (PSS) management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the training team to ensure delivery of essential, high-quality training programmes designed to prevent and safely manage behaviours that challenge within clinical services.
There will be a focus on expanding the delivery of PSS training to external agencies, requiring the post holder to develop positive working relationships with external partners.

* The post holder must demonstrate the ability to uphold KMPT Trust values at all times and represent the organisation in external forums.
* The post holder will work clinically with MDT teams supporting patients with dysregulated, distressed, and harmful behaviours through a positive behaviour framework.
* Focus on reducing restrictive practices while providing expert advice, leadership, and coaching on strategies to improve the lives of the people supported.
Requirements: A full, valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business purposes (unless disabled as per the Equality Act 2010).
