Under the guidance of experienced early childhood professionals, you will: Support the day‑to‑day operations of the centre Help create a safe, nurturing, and enriching learning environment Assist in planning fun, educational experiences Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the team Grow your confidence as an emerging educator This traineeship is designed to empower you with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience needed to become a confident and qualified Early Childhood Educator. You won’t be on this journey alone! You’ll be guided every step of the way by our passionate Education Leader/ECT and Centre Director. With personalised mentoring, ongoing support, and a genuine focus on your learning, you’ll thrive as you work toward your Diploma qualification. About the program Our Horsham Early Learning Centre is an exceeding service that offers quality education and provides experiences that help children connect with the outdoors and nurture an understanding and love for the environment. About you You will bring with you: Cert III of Early Childhood Education or equivalent Current First Aid CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates*(if not current this is to be obtained within the first 3 months of employment) Current Working with Children Check.
