Education and Health Care Coordinator (EHCCO)
Join our passionate team to support families, children, and young people together with educational settings through the Education Health and Care Needs Assessment and Annual Review Process.
We are a SEND Service that supports children and young people with SEND living in Buckinghamshire to achieve the best possible outcomes.
About the Role
* Coordinate child-centred EHC needs assessments and build strong relationships with children, families, and professionals.
* Create effective EHC Plans that reflect the strengths and needs of each child or young person.
* Plan and ensure annual reviews are carried out, and correspondence from parents, settings, and stakeholders is resolved promptly.
About You
* Excellent communicator with strong relationship building skills.
* Organised with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced integrated SEND service.
* Experience and knowledge of statutory processes outlined in the SEND Code of Practice (2015), the Children and Families Act (2014), and the Equality Act (2010).
* Background in SEND is preferred.
