Be in charge of brainstorming captivating video ad ideas;
Run the end-to-end high-impact creative strategy that drives performance growth;
Closely monitor video content performance (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), analyze the data for insights, and use these insights to optimize future video content;
Work with cross-functional teams, including performance marketing and product teams, to ensure alignment on creative direction and performance metrics;
Spearhead the creation of ad scripts and briefs, whether by writing them yourself, utilizing AI tools for assistance;
Leverage diverse storytelling methods and creative tools to develop unique and captivating ads;
Employ A/B testing to optimize video elements for maximum performance;
Stay on top of the latest trends, techniques, competitor strategies to inspire fresh creative ideas.
2+ years of experience in D2C Performance Creative or Performance Creative Strategist role;
~ Proven track record of developing and executing creative strategies that have driven significant brand growth;
~ Experience with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital marketing channels;
~ Experience in written content creation (scriptwriting is a plus);
~ Strong understanding of ad performance metrics and how to translate data into actionable creative insights;
~ Excellent communication skills in English.
