We are looking for a methodical, hands-on Quality Control / Product Complaints Investigator to join our client’s team in Birtley. This permanent, lab-based role focuses on investigating product quality and performance following customer complaints. You will work closely with the Technical Support team to provide clear and accurate findings, helping drive product improvements and maintain high-quality standards. No direct customer contact is required. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
