We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding London team, working across multiple high-value mechanical and electrical projects. Ideal candidates will have experience with packages around £10 million and a strong background in M&E construction.
You will take ownership of defined scopes of work, track costs and labour, produce detailed bills of quantities, and ensure the commercial success of each project. This role combines site engagement, team collaboration, and commercial oversight, providing a rewarding career opportunity.

1. Manage mechanical and electrical packages on multiple projects.
2. Produce fully priced bills of quantities, including labour hours and material costs.
3. Track costs, labour efficiency, and project hours versus earned schedule.
