The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Work as part of a team supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 Provide tailored 1:1 and small group interventions Support children with needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language, and learning difficulties Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies Promote positive behaviour, independence, and emotional regulation Adapt learning materials to suit individual needs This is a dynamic role, ideal for someone who thrives in a varied environment and enjoys working across multiple age groups.
