The Active Care Group are dedicated to harnessing the power of data to drive informed decision‑making. We are seeking a talented and experienced PowerBI developer to join our dynamic team and assist our efforts in data visualisation and reporting.
What you’ll be doing:
* Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to various business units
* Data Integration: Oversee the integration of data from multiple sources into PowerBI, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
* Performance Optimisation: Continuously optimise existing PowerBI solutions for performance and usability
* Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability in reports and dashboards
* Project Management: Manage project timelines and resources effectively to deliver PowerBI solutions on schedule
* Collaboration: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, to ensure alignment and integration of data solution
* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of PowerBI solutions, data sources, and processes
What you’ll have:
* Proven experience in PowerBI development and data visualisation
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
* Proficiency in SQL
* Intermediate to advanced DAX is essential
* Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* PowerBI certification is a plus
