💷 Salary: £28,100 per annum

We're on the lookout for a motivated and hands-on Machine Operator to join our clients growing team in Sandwich, Kent! If you enjoy working with machinery, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want long-term job security, this could be the perfect fit.
👷♂️ What You'll Be Doing:
🔹 Operating machinery safely and efficiently
🔹 Performing routine checks and basic maintenance
🔹 Reporting any faults or issues promptly
🔹 Keeping your work space clean and hazard-free
🔹 Working closely with team members to hit production targets
🧩 What We're Looking For:
✔️ Previous experience in machine operation or similar (desirable, not essential)
✔️ Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
✔️ Comfortable with 12-hour shifts including days & nights
✔️ Physically fit and reliable
✔️ A positive, team-focused attitude
