Full time, permanent - working hours:
08:30 – 17:00 – 37.5 hours per week
Reporting to: Group Customer Care Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* To assist and help cover Customer Care Manager when needed.
* Answering telephone calls and greeting customers.
* Building customer relations and rapport.
* Providing customer support by assisting customers with any queries/issues they have on a daily basis. This includes inquiries about products, orders, returns, complaints and deliveries.
* Assisting with all aspects of the order process; from the quotation to the after sales.
* Logging and following up non-conformance.
* Using in-house computer software systems.
* Other duties the Company may require.
Person Specification:
* Confidence in handling escalations and complex customer queries
* intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills (numerical ability necessary).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence.
* Organised and proactive and be able to prioritise their workload.
* Being able to understand and learn new processes and systems fast, this is a busy role.
* Great attention to detail.
* Must have a confident telephone manner.
* Ability to learn about the products.
* Being able to deal with different personalities and work as a team.
* The ability to be flexible due to the variation in responsibilities the job role requires.
Qualifications / Experience:
Previous Industry Experience would be very beneficial in the Windows and Door industry.
