We currently have an opportunity for a Night Care Assistant to join Eothen Homes, Gosforth, working 24 to 36 hours per week (2-3 nights per week).
We are looking for someone who is intuitive and aware of what matters most in life, who can demonstrate compassion and empathy and who is committed to improving the quality of life for older people. A major part of your role will be to enable and support people to remain as independent as possible by adopting a person-centered approach in an environment that feels like home.
Experience of working in a care setting could be an advantage but is not essential.
The successful candidate will provide physical support and personal care to the residents of the home.
