Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator (known internally as Customer Service Advisor) to join our passionate team at our Gainsborough site. This is a full-time, office-based role (five days per week).
What you’ll be doing
* Building strong customer relationships and ensuring complete customer satisfaction
* Managing your customer caseload and working closely with our sales team to provide a seamless service
* Resolving customer queries by email and telephone quickly and efficiently, delivering a positive experience every time
* Proactively identifying solutions and anticipating customer needs
* Championing new ideas and driving continuous improvement in our service
* Excellent telephone manner and experience in a customer service role
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* A real passion for providing an excellent customer experience
* Great IT skills (Microsoft Office suite; SAP experience would be advantageous)
* Ability to develop great relationships with both external and internal customers
* Excellent workload management and prioritisation

Details
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 36.5 hours per week (8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am – 4:00pm Friday) with a 1-hour unpaid lunch. Starting Salary: Circa £25,000 (rising annually & with development).
