You will drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while developing and engaging your people. With 24/7 accountability for your area, you will play a key role in delivering operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable performance improvements.Lead and manage Production Area Managers across multiple shift patterns, setting clear and achievable performance goalsTake full ownership of all people processes including performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiativesDrive training and development across the department, including skills matrices, SOP implementation, and closing capability gapsOversee recruitment, succession planning, and organisational development to build a strong talent pipelineFoster a positive, high-performance culture through effective communication, engagement tools, and continuous improvement initiativesThe Ideal Candidate We believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives.
