Our Supported Living service in Weymouth offers accommodation and support 24 hours a day 365 days a year. This role will be a full-time position with the requirement to support with sleep-in night shifts. There are four people living in the service aged between 18-25. Our role is to support them with a variety of hobbies and interests that they enjoy ranging from arts and crafts, cooking, swimming, shopping, watching sports and socialising with family and friends. We will also be helping them in looking not just at employment opportunities but also furthering their independent living. About You Previous experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential as training and ongoing support will be provided.
